Jobot in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and related MEP construction in the San Jose market. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction management experience, deep knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic and refrigerant piping, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Construction Manager.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and related equipment.
• Experience with large MEP projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial process projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Translate project scope, schedules, and technical requirements into clear direction for field leadership and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project financials, including scopes of work, schedules of values, labor budgets, and cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical, schedule, or cost challenges as they arise.
• Uphold company safety and quality standards on every project and jobsite.
