Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is a full-service HVAC and building automation contractor. We seek a professional to plan, coordinate, and control contract functions for small projects and assist Project Managers on larger retrofit projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering/construction/business management and 3+ years HVAC or building controls experience, with strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or business management is required.
• 3+ years of HVAC or building controls experience is required.
• Ability to prepare proposals, scopes of work, and coordinate site contractors.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Create and manage design submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Assist Quality Control documents and reviews.
• Manage designers, subcontractors and vendors for on-time delivery.
• Review subcontractor performance and provide feedback to PM.
• Coordinate purchase of supplies and inventory control.
