Job summary

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical seeks a Sales Representative to deliver HVAC solutions and lead the sales cycle for both new and existing customers.

You will consult on customized systems, present quotes, and drive orders while maintaining strong relationships. The role requires 5+ years in outside sales, 2+ years in HVAC, and willingness to work evenings/weekends in a dynamic local market.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of previous outside sales experience.
• 2+ years in HVAC preferred.
• Pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and home comfort needs.
• Consult with customers to provide customized HVAC system solutions including maintenance program.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and drive orders.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure fulfillment of sales agreements.
• Follow up on bids and leads to convert into sales.
• Overcome objections and present quotes, prices, and credit terms.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and participate in sales activities.
• Attend trade shows and referral groups to support corporate efforts.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who has at least 5 years of previous outside sales experience and preferably 2 + years in HVAC.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
