Job summary

Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and close HVAC system solutions for residential customers. You will consult with clients, present tailored cooling/heating options, and drive the full sales cycle from proposal to installation completion.

The role requires leadership in the sales process, post-sale follow-up, and ongoing relationship management. Evening and weekend availability is expected to accommodate customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Prefer 2+ years in HVAC.
• Pre-employment Drug, Background, and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with HVAC and home comfort solutions.
• Consult with customers to tailor system solutions including maintenance plans.
• Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to fulfill sales agreements.
• Follow up on bids and leads to convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; participate in trade shows and referrals.
• Be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who has at least 5 years of previous outside sales experience and preferably 2 + years in HVAC.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
