Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Sales Representative in Cartersville, GA with 5+ years of outside sales experience. You will provide HVAC solutions, consult with customers, and lead the sales process to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include post-sale follow-up, handling bids, overcoming objections, and building lasting customer relationships, with some evenings and weekends required.

• Follow-up with existing bids and leads to offer any additional information to convert them into sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
