Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Residential New Construction Installer to install systems in newly built homes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high workmanship.

You will collaborate with builders and trades to deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet standards and customer expectations. Requirements include 6+ months of HVAC installation experience or HVAC trade school certification, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to continue learning.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC trade school certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction projects.
• Install and connect ductwork systems.
• Read blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
• Test installed systems to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot installation issues during projects.
• Maintain accurate job documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and local code requirements.
• Communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience

Position Summary

As a Residential New Construction Installer, you'll help install HVAC systems in newly built homes while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high‑quality workmanship.

You'll work closely with team members, builders, and other trades to help deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet company standards and customer expectations.
