Location: Portland, OR Pay Range: $37.00 - $48.00/hour (based on experience)

We're hiring an Experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer who can step into a leadership role on active job sites, manage crews, and drive projects to completion with quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a field leadership role, not just install work. You'll be responsible for driving projects forward and ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site.

What You Bring

• Strong blueprint and spec reading ability
• Solid background in commercial HVAC installation (ductwork + equipment)
• Experience leading crews or running projects in the field
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing quality
• Clear communication and strong organization skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and working at heights
• Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces when needed
• Capable of handling tools and equipment safely throughout the day
