Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
  • Inspect systems for safety, performance, and efficiency concerns
  • Clean, test, and adjust equipment according to company procedures
  • Identify worn components, needed repairs, and potential system improvements
  • Clearly explain system conditions and maintenance findings to homeowners
  • Present repair or replacement recommendations when appropriate
  • Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and job documentation accurately
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  • Follow company safety, service, and quality standards

Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: Portland, OR


Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience

We're looking for a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician with at least one year of HVAC experience who can perform thorough system maintenance, identify potential concerns, and provide homeowners with a professional and positive experience.

What You Bring

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
