Area Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for residential new construction projects. You will complete installations, rough-in and final connections, and verify system operation in newly built homes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience with residential new construction projects.
• Ability to complete rough-in and finish phases of installation.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principles.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homes.
• Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain lines.
• Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation equipment.
• Install thermostats and low-voltage wiring.
• Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation.
• Read construction drawings and mechanical layouts.
• Work closely with builders and other trades to meet construction schedules.
• Identify and resolve installation issues before project completion.
• Follow all safety requirements and installation standards.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional.
