Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience with residential retrofit/replacement installs, new construction, and/or light commercial work.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems for retrofit/replacement projects and new construction homes.
• Assist with light commercial HVAC installations and equipment replacements.
• Install and modify ductwork systems for residential and light commercial applications.
• Run refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage wiring.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini splits, and related HVAC equipment.
• Perform system startups, testing, and balancing to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make adjustments on-site as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and team members.
• Follow all company safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
