Job summary

HVAC RNTL is a fast-growing HVAC rental provider delivering portable cooling equipment and services to commercial customers in the Philadelphia area. The Rental Sales Representative focuses on building relationships, developing a sales plan, and closing deals while coordinating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will leverage HVAC expertise, industry knowledge, and strong communication to meet revenue targets and drive growth within assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in high-dollar value sales.
• Proficiency with customer relations systems to track sales activities, opportunities and orders.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction and mechanical contracting industry in the area is preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
• Capable of lifting 60/75 lbs or greater and operating a large truck with trailers.

Responsibilities

• Establish a customer base and solicit new business with commercial customers by phone or travel within Philadelphia and surrounding markets.
• Develop and achieve the Annual Sales Plan with revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
• Quote prices, contract terms, delivery dates and credit terms to customers.
• Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs and highlight marketable features.
• Prepare business transaction reports and expense accounts within set timeframes.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and Rental Coordinator to prepare contracts and collect orders.
• Align customer/project specs with internal operations to meet schedules and needs.
• Maintain accurate reports of contacts/activities and progress toward opportunities.
• Provide technical sales assistance and promote safety culture.
