Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue through exceptional service and proactive selling of our HVAC rental products. You will collaborate with the regional team to rent and sell temporary cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and power equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by developing new rental accounts.
• Communicate our full range of turnkey services to customers.
• Collaborate with technical staff for accurate quotes and support.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and upsell services.
• Coordinate and implement new services to meet customer needs.
• Support National Accounts with order processing and invoicing.
• Work with operations to follow up on invoices and payments.
