Job summary

HVAC RNTL is expanding its commercial rental sales team on the East Coast, focusing on New Jersey, New York, Delaware and DC. You will develop relationships with commercial customers and drive annual revenue through rental equipment and services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B HVAC sales experience, strong CRM use, and a valid driver's license. Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments, you will coordinate with operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience in HVAC or related industries.
• Proficiency with customer relationship systems to track contacts, meetings, opportunities and orders.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and the construction/mechanical contracting industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand a commercial customer base for portable cooling equipment rentals.
• Develop and achieve annual sales plans, targeting revenue growth and profitability.
• Quote prices, terms, delivery dates and credit terms to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and service.
