Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will support the regional sales effort by growing rental accounts and promoting our turnkey HVAC rental solutions, including temporary air conditioning, chillers, heaters, and power systems.

This role emphasizes proactive sales strategies, strong customer service, and collaboration with technical staff to size equipment, prepare quotes, and manage payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, dehumidification, generators, and power distribution equipment is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak seasons or as directed by management.
• Genuine desire to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing and establishing new rental accounts.
• Communicate our full range of turnkey services to customers.
• Collaborate with technical staff to provide sizing, quotes, credit support, and follow-through.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and promote additional products.
• Coordinate and implement new services to meet customer needs.
• Assist National Accounts with order processing and invoicing.
• Work with operations to follow up on invoices and payments.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
