Job summary

HVAC RNTL is a fast-growing HVAC rental company delivering portable cooling equipment to commercial clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Rental Sales Representative to focus on markets across Philadelphia and surrounding regions, building relationships and driving yearly revenue.

You will develop a sales plan, manage accounts, cold call, coordinate with operations, and ensure customer needs and AP/AR collections are addressed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to track sales activities.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment preferred.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Establish a customer base and solicit new business by calling on commercial customers via phone or visiting potential clients; sectors include mechanical and property management.
• Develop and achieve an Annual Sales Plan with revenue targets and market growth.
• Quote prices, terms, delivery dates, and credit terms using established process.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project objectives meet the customer schedule.
