Job summary

Haller Enterprises is seeking a Regional Dispatcher to manage daily service technician schedules and dispatch calls from our Lititz office. You will ensure efficient routing, data accuracy, and proactive communication with customers and vendors.

The role emphasizes coordination of parts returns, timely work orders, and collaboration with the Commercial Service Manager to optimize service delivery. A high school diploma and 3+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or dispatching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Geographic knowledge of the Lititz region preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily schedules for Service Technicians and dispatch calls.
• Coordinate return trips with customers and vendors for prompt parts handling.
• Create work orders as calls are received, aligning with technician zones.
• Keep customer data up to date and accurate in the system.
• Communicate clearly with managers, staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Debrief technicians after service calls and monitor day-to-day updates.
