Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch board management to keep field personnel moving and servicing clients.
• Compress call scheduling to maximize productivity and revenue.
• Notify clients in a timely manner if technicians will be late or miss a scheduled window.
• Reschedule appointment times as needed to suit clients.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to arrange efficient parts delivery to technicians.
• Ensure technicians are sent to the right appointment per the Dispatching for Profits Priority Schedule.
• Debrief with technicians after jobs to identify any client satisfaction issues.
• Enter equipment type and age into SuccessWare software.
