Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician, Facility Services for HVAC and refrigeration systems at the Durant, OK location. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment across multiple sites, following safety standards and environmental regulations.

On-call rotations and team coordination are part of the role. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, service documentation, and effective communication with customers and service providers to ensure uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• OSHA standards knowledge and EPA refrigerant handling protocols.
• 2-year HVAC/R program completion or equivalent.
• Experience leading and mentoring field teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in commercial/industrial settings.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Conduct inspections following OSHA standards and EPA protocols.
• Lead and mentor field teams and coordinate with vendors.
