Walmart Texarkana is seeking a Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial facilities in the Texarkana area.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and mentor junior technicians while adhering to OSHA and EPA standards. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or 4 years in a mechanical field with building controls.
• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of EPA 608 refrigerant handling and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems per specs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues; preventive maintenance.
• Lead field teams on procedures and safety; manage service calls.
• Coordinate with external providers and document work; drive company vehicle.
