Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration in Dallas, TX. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial environments, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will lead field teams, manage service calls, and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA 608 protocols. Vehicles, documentation, and safety are emphasized in daily operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certified with 2+ years in maintenance or related field.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Journeyman HVAC license preferred where required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units and supermarket systems.
• Conduct inspections adhering to OSHA and EPA 608 protocols.
• Lead and mentor field teams and manage service calls.
• Operate company vehicles safely and document inventory and scheduling.
