Walmart Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration in Longview, TX is seeking a skilled professional to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial settings, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead field teams, coordinate service calls, document work and inventory, and support multiple locations with on-call rotations to keep Walmart facilities running smoothly and safely.

Qualificações

• HVAC/R certification and 2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
• 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field.
• EPA Type I and Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC-R/Mechanical Journeyman where required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within last five years.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, walk-ins, and HVAC systems.
• Adhere to EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols and OSHA safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and safety practices.
• Manage service calls, coordinate with external providers, and maintain documentation and inventory.
• Operate company vehicles safely to complete service assignments across multiple locations.
