Qualifications

• High school graduate; post-high school HVAC/R program of 2+ years.
• Three+ years of HVAC/R experience, preferably service/installation.
• Ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions.
• Clear communication with customers, management, suppliers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC/R service and installation with minimal supervision.
• Lead or be part of a team for major service or installation jobs.
• Support other HVAC/R activities as needed.
• Operate and secure company vehicle per policy.
• Occasionally on-call after hours.
