Job summary

Mako Industries is seeking a HVAC/R Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Work includes service of walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and related equipment; installation and connection of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and motors.

Must have EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Willingness to work after hours and on-call rotation is required, with professional conduct and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience (or related military).
• EPA certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
• Service and maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and related equipment.
• Install, fabricate, and connect compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors; work with valves, controls, fans, and ducting.
• Complete power connections and ensure safe, neat, timely workmanship.
• Maintain inventories and communicate with customers, management, and dispatchers.
