Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification and 2 years’ mechanical maintenance or construction-related experience for HVAC/R.
• Option 2: 4 years’ related experience in mechanical maintenance or building controls.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification is required.
• Commercial driver’s license and clean driving record where required.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC and refrigeration systems and associated components.
• Diagnoses, fixes, and maintains mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Lead field teams and mentor apprentices on procedures and safety.
• Coordinate service calls and manage workload using digital tools.
