Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Lead field teams and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain and service rack systems, walk-ins, and related units.
• Coordinate with managers and external service providers as needed.
