Job summary

Walmart is seeking a skilled Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial and industrial sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with management and customers.

The role involves leading field teams, mentoring technicians, and handling service calls across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification required for minimum qualifications.
• EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification is required.
• Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems per codes.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations across sites.
• Lead and mentor field teams, promoting safety and quality.
• Manage service calls and coordinate resources and communication with customers.
