Job description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager / Service Manager to lead our HVAC service operations. This individual will focus on improving procedures, developing and training the service team, increasing customer satisfaction, generating additional sales, and helping the company achieve its $1.5M annual sales goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations and ensure efficient scheduling and workflow.
• Improve service procedures, processes, productivity, and customer experience.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop HVAC technicians and service staff.
• Identify opportunities for additional repair, replacement, maintenance, and service agreement sales.
• Monitor team performance, sales, revenue, and key operational metrics.
• Help establish and achieve service and sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve service concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of service team members.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently followed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• Previous experience as a Service Manager, General Manager, Service Director, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC service and operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a service team.
• Experience driving sales, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
