Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain HVAC plants including control systems, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment.
• Diagnose HVAC problems by verifying operation of dampers, valves, actuators, coils, fans, pumps, and other components.
• Service and maintain refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers and rooftop units; service gas-fired heating units.
• Read, interpret, and generate sequences of operation for HVAC equipment; read DDC programming code.
• Perform test and balance work and maintain system records.
