Job summary

Helios HVACR Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead field teams across multiple sites. You will work hands-on with technicians, supervise Field Supervisors, and ensure service delivery meets SLAs while upholding safety standards.

The role includes administrative oversight, scheduling, performance management, and collaboration with the Regional Director of Operations. Occasional travel to job sites is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC/R field experience.
• Experience in HVAC/R service management or field leadership.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to job sites within the assigned area.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC/R systems, troubleshooting and service practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence, visiting job sites and supporting service delivery.
• Coach and develop Field Supervisors and Technicians to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative duties, scheduling, reporting, and performance documentation.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of field personnel.
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
