Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 1+ year wholesale/retail experience preferred.
• Front line customer service experience is required.
• Able to run POS terminal, research parts, and prepare sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and by phone; build rapport with regulars.
• Assist customers in selecting HVAC/R products; identify needs and troubleshoot.
• Process quotes, warranties, and returns; manage cash drawers and paperwork.
• Research products across catalogs, websites, and internal systems to fulfill orders.
• Communicate lead information to outside sales and management.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stocking, and participate in inventory counts.
