Johnstone Supply in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to provide prompt, friendly service to customers in-store, by phone, and online. You will help customers select products, troubleshoot issues, and process sales using the point-of-sale system.

The role emphasizes accurate order entry, returns processing, maintaining showroom standards, and building relationships with regular customers while following pricing and credit guidelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years HVAC/R experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: 2 years sales experience in HVAC/R.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and emails; greet store customers.
• Assist customers in product selection and troubleshoot questions.
• Enter sales orders into POS; process returns and warranties.
• Provide pricing quotes and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock displays.
• Represent Johnstone Supply at trade events if needed.
