Johnstone Supply LLC in the United States seeks a friendly Counter Sales Associate I to assist customers with HVAC/R product needs, provide technical support, and handle special orders. You will greet customers, guide product selections, and coordinate orders and returns while maintaining store profitability.

You will research products using POS systems and catalogs, respond to inquiries, and participate in merchandising and inventory tasks across the store.

Qualifications

• Front line customer service experience in wholesale/retail is required.
• Ability to research HVAC/R items and provide accurate information.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, building rapport and trust.
• Assist with product selections, troubleshooting, and order placement.
• Process quotes, returns, and paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock displays; support inventory counts.
• Communicate orders, delays, and product availability to customers and team.
