The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), experience as an administrator in HVAC or related fields, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel and office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience as an administrator is mandatory; HVAC/plumbing/construction background preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills; able to read/write effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to branch personnel and operations.
• Assist upper management by improving productivity and interpreting policies.
• Track work orders, supervise branch staff, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Maintain customer relationships through clear communication and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Billing for work orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Review daily procedures and support senior management as needed.
