CoolSys is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the administrative team supporting our HVAC and refrigeration technicians in the field, coordinating with service and install staff, dispatchers, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting goals. You will present as a senior company representative to customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Nearly all responsibilities revolve around growing branch revenue, controlling costs, reviewing work orders, and maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC and Refrigeration service experience.
• 3+ years in Service Management.
• 2 years technical training or an associate degree.
• Strong business acumen with profit-margin awareness.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team supporting HVAC and refrigeration Technicians in the field.
• Coordinate with service and install Technicians, dispatch personnel and other managers.
• Monitor budgets, goals, and P/L, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review work orders, invoices, time reports, and quotes for accuracy.
• Ensure safety training compliance and continuous process improvement.
