This role represents the company to customers, vendors, and suppliers with clear status updates. Qualifications include 5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration service experience and 3+ years in service management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC and Refrigeration service experience.
• 3+ years in Service Management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with vendors and factory personnel.
• Monitor service vehicles and inventory of parts.
• Grow branch revenue and profitability.
• Deliver high-quality service and improve customer experience.
• Develop budgets and monitor P/L.
• Review invoices, time reports, and quotes.
