You will partner with service and install teams, manage dispatch, and interact with customers, vendors, and suppliers to communicate project status and requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC/refrigeration service and 3+ years in service management, with a solid grasp of profitability, budgeting, and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC and Refrigeration service experience.
• 3+ years in Service Management.
• 2 years of technical training or an associate degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen and working experience in profit margins and job costing.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team supporting HVAC/refrigeration technicians and dispatch.
• Collaborate with service, install teams, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction and meet goals.
