Job summary

CoolSys is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the administrative team supporting HVAC and refrigeration technicians in the field. You will work with service and install staff, dispatch, and other managers to ensure timely, high-quality service and strong customer satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, monitor safety, and drive branch revenue growth, while ensuring compliance and effective operation of the service department.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC and Refrigeration service experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Service Management.
• 2 years of technical training or an associate degree.
• Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team to support HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians in the field.
• Coordinate with service and install technicians, dispatch personnel, and managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warranties, recalls, and field issues with vendors and factory personnel.
• Grow branch revenue and maximize profitability while delivering high-quality service.
• Develop budgets, goals, and performance metrics and monitor P/L.
• Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy.
• Schedule technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations.
• Ensure safety training and compliance across teams.
