CoolSys in Houston, TX seeks a Branch Manager to lead the administrative team supporting HVAC and refrigeration technicians. You will coordinate with service and install teams, dispatch personnel, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving branch goals.

You will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and oversee scheduling, safety, and quality standards across the service department. A strong focus on process improvement and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC/Refrigeration service experience.
• 3+ years Service Management experience.
• 2 years of technical training or an associate degree.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license; ability to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team supporting HVAC and refrigeration Technicians in the field; communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project status and requirements.
• Maintain communications with vendors and factory personnel on warranties, recalls, and technical issues.
• Monitor service vehicles and inventory to ensure policy compliance and adequate parts.
• Grow branch revenue and maximize profitability.
• Prioritize customer needs by delivering high-quality service and improving the customer experience.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and P/L to maintain profitability.
• Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy; send quotes promptly.
• Assist the Service Manager in training Technicians on techniques and safety procedures.
• Schedule technicians by skill level, efficiency, and training requirements; communicate with dispatch daily.
• Support interviewing, screening, and evaluating staff to meet workload demands.
• Schedule and supervise staff; ensure quality and safety standards; drive productivity.
• Conduct performance appraisals and set improvement goals per policy.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and training.
• Support service teams and payroll hours management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
