A top WBE Mechanical Contractor in NYC is looking for a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee the execution of HVAC projects in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in managing HVAC projects and public projects in NYC, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency in AutoCAD and Procore. This is a full-time, on-site role offering paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mechanical/HVAC projects.
• 3+ years managing NYC public projects.
• OSHA 40 (minimum) certification required.

Responsibilities

The Role

We’re seeking a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager. You’ll manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution — ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and billing
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-site performance
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mechanical/HVAC projects
• 3+ years managing NYC public projects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, and piping
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 40 (minimum) certification required
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
