Michael Page is partnering with a Brooklyn-based General Contractor to recruit a Project Manager for NYSCA/public works HVAC projects across NYC. The role sits in Brooklyn, NY with regular site visits and close collaboration with public authorities.

You will manage NYSCA/public projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

About Our Client

Our client is a reputable general contractor in the public works space, and has been a leader within this space for a while. Our client is located in Brooklyn, NY which is where the Project Manager - NYSCA (General Contractor) will regularly sit. The general contactor regularly bids and wins public works projects - have a strong understanding of the space, and work directly with NYCDEP, NYSCA, DCAS, DASNY, DSNY, HHS, and more. The general contractor is located in Brooklyn, NY but projects are all over NYC.

Job Description

• Experience with NYSCA projects or public projects with an MEP focus
