Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for mechanical and general construction in Brooklyn, NY, with regular travel to NYC project sites. The role is in-person with office and field responsibilities, reporting to Ownership/Project Executives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NYC public works PM roles, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on PM experience.
• Minimum five years of NYC public works construction PM experience with HVAC/mechanical background.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $10M and coordinating union trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NYC public-sector construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and union trades while managing client relationships.
