Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven record of prospecting and closing opportunities.
• Self-disciplined with results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and tailor maintenance solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial and industrial customers and establish relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop opportunities for preventive maintenance agreements and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and facility visits to understand equipment, maintenance needs, and customer objectives.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on maintenance agreement proposals.
• Deliver executive-level presentations with facility owners, executives, and other key decision makers.
• Work closely with Service Operations, Technicians, and leadership to ensure maintenance agreements align with customer needs and operational capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales activity, proposals, and opportunities.
• Meet established sales and revenue goals for preventive maintenance agreements.
