Willdan Energy Solutions seeks an HVAC Analyst to support national account HVAC replacement projects. You will handle technical reviews, financial tracking, and logistical coordination across sites, balancing client needs with HVAC specifications.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus familiarity with HVAC systems and contracting practices; experience with Excel and Outlook is preferred. The team emphasizes client service and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with financial tracking.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and contracting practices.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and select stores for replacement surveys using data such as age, costs, energy rates, rebates, and client priorities.
• Coordinate site surveys with subcontractors for remote assessment and prioritization of HVAC replacements.
• Obtain quotes from multiple manufacturers, weighing operating cost, weight, and installation challenges.
• Manage budget submittal, consent, and project awards after approvals; communicate constraints clearly.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors to install HVAC replacement equipment in buildings.
• Ensure high-quality installation and complete close-out documentation.
