Job summary

KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead major HVAC installations from design through completion. You will balance leadership, technical knowledge, and client engagement to deliver on-time, on-scope results.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience in HVAC or construction, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Travel to job sites and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in HVAC or construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
