Burton Energy Group is seeking an HVAC Project Manager Analyst to support nationwide replacement projects. The role combines technical review, financial tracking, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure timely, on-budget installations of HVAC equipment in client buildings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with financial tracking.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and contracting practices.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and select stores for replacement surveys from data such as age, service costs, energy rates, rebates, and client priorities.
• Coordinate physical site surveys with subcontractors for remote assessment and prioritization of equipment.
• Work with multiple HVAC manufacturers to specify and obtain quotes for replacement equipment.
• Manage budget submittal, consent, and award of projects, communicating constraints clearly.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractors to install HVAC replacement equipment.
• Ensure high-quality installation by reviewing documentation and providing close-out paperwork.
