Trane Technologies plc in Salt Lake City is hiring a Light Commercial Unitary HVAC Project Manager to oversee HVAC equipment projects, schedules, budgets, and scope.

You will plan, track progress, communicate with owners and contractors, manage costs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

A two-year associate degree or four years of related PM experience is required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or four years of related experience required.
• HVAC systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and budgets.
• Communicates with customers and their representatives, including owners and contractors, to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors cost to completion and controls expenses.
• Creates and revises project schedules with tasks, dependencies and milestones.
• Orders equipment and generates start-up work orders for installations.
• Manages project cash-flow, billing, collections, and resource allocation.
