Job summary

You will coordinate with owners, contractors and field staff to deliver reliable comfort and energy-efficient solutions.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of PM experience or 4+ years in HVAC, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2+ years PM/equipment/HVAC experience; or 4+ years PM/HVAC experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; emphasis on practical experience and leadership.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, sets schedules and parameters for system objectives.
• Communicates with customers, owners, contractors, and field staff; maintains satisfaction and resolves concerns.
• Monitors ship dates against contractor schedules and internal ordering processes.
• Maintains forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses.
• Creates and revises project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies and milestones.
• Enters equipment orders, issues purchases, and generates start-up work orders.
• Manages project cash-flow: progress billing, collections support and resource management.
