Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction software.
• Strong financial analysis experience and ability to manage scope, schedule, and risk.
• Prior experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean record for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
• Lead project administration, contract compliance, and documentation.
• Manage cash flow, forecast costs, and prepare monthly backlog reviews.
• Validate scope and cost against contract documents and plan mitigations.
• Oversee subcontractor RFQ, awards, and performance with clear communication.
• Create and maintain project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
