Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent with 2 years PM experience; or 4 years PM experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree will be prioritized by practical experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze assigned projects, set schedules and parameters for objectives.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, and staff to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Compare ship dates with project schedules and ensure compliance with ordering processes.
• Maintain forecasted cost at completion and monitor project budget.
• Create and revise project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones.
• Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate start-up work orders.
• Manage project cash flow: progress billing and collections support.
