At SVM, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 5 active HVAC commercial construction projects with budgets of $20M-$40M, across San Jose, CA and Sparks, NV. You will drive proposals, bidding processes, and client relationships to generate new opportunities.

Within 12–24 months, you’ll lead 3–5 projects with growing independence while refining costing, forecasting, and communication with field teams, engineers, and GCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of HVAC Project Management or similar experience.

Responsabilités

• Becomes familiar with the company’s service mission, core values, culture, and differentiators.
• Partners with a PM and serves PE responsibilities to understand project needs.
• Learn to run financial reports, manage material and labor costs, and track billings.
• Attend milestone reviews, monthly production meetings, pre/post job and WIP meetings and take thorough notes.
